History of VFIS of Texas

Regnier & Associates, Inc dba VFIS of Texas opened our doors in May of 1982 as an independent insurance agency in Austin, TX. In 1985, Cynthia Regnier was named as the Texas Regional Director for the VFIS program. In 1992, with the continued success and growth of the VFIS program, the agency decided to dedicate our time and resources 100% to the VFIS program. Over the years, VFIS of Texas has developed a lasting relationship with the Emergency Service community and we promise to continue to provide the high level of service that our clients have come to know and expect.

The agency is a member of many Emergency Service organizations, including the State Firemen's and Fire Marshals' Association of Texas, Texas Fire Chiefs, SAFE-D and many district and regional groups. We are also active in the Texas Legislature to help the Emergency Service community with legislation to help their cause and livelihood, as well as increased funding.
