1) Property - Guaranteed Replacement Cost coverage for buildings including additional costs required by building ordinances; and Replacement Cost coverage for contents. All causes of direct physical loss are provided unless specifically excluded. Coverage includes flood, windstorm, earthquake and mechanical breakdown.

2) General Liability - Covers your organization, officers, directors, employees and volunteers for lawsuits arising from Bodily Injury or Property Damage, Professional Health Care, Good Samaritan Acts, Intentional Acts, Products and Completed Operations, Liquor Law, Watercraft, Operational Pollution Liability and Fellow Member Liability. No deductible.

Physicians acting on behalf of the organization as Medical Directors are covered for their actions except for on-line medical command via telecommunication. Hands-on coverage is excess of the physician’s personal medical malpractice insurance.

3) Management Liability - Coverage for wrongful acts alleged against or committed by officers, directors, commissioners, trustees, employees and volunteers, including violations of civil rights and employee benefits administration errors. No deductible.

4) Automobile Liability  -  Liability coverage for your organization, employees and volunteers including Fellow Member Liability and Garage Liability.  Liability is provided for individual members while using their personal vehicles on behalf of your organization, excess over the individual’s personal automobile insurance.  No deductible.

5) Automobile Physical Damage  -  Physical Damage protection on an Agreed Value basis with no deduction for depreciation, except for private passenger autos and service vehicles.  Full glass coverage and Towing & Labor coverage up to 200 miles.  Member’s personal vehicles are covered for the amount of their deductible under their personal automobile insurance or for Actual Cash Value if not otherwise covered for physical damage.

6) Portable Equipment  -  Guaranteed Replacement Cost coverage with no schedule required.  Reimbursement for member’s personal effects are covered on a replacement cost basis.  Automatic coverage for watercraft up to 100 hp, including jet skis and waverunners.

7) Umbrella Liability  -  Excess Liability coverage up to $10,000,000 over and above the limits provided by Auto Liability, General Liability, Management Liability and Employers Liability.

8) Crime/Bonds  -  Provides reimbursement for the loss of monies or property resulting from the dishonest acts of your volunteers or employees.  Public Official Bonds also available for your ESD Treasurer.

9) Accident & Sickness  -  Protects your volunteers and employees from the financial impact of an accidental injury or illness received in the line of duty.  Provides benefits for death, disability and medical expenses.  In addition to providing a Lump Sum benefit for Permanent Physical Impairments, provides Lifetime Weekly Income benefits for impairments of 50% or greater regardless of work status.  Also pays a Lump Sum benefit for HIV as well as benefits for medical expenses and disability income.

10) Workers’ Compensation  -  Provides Lifetime medical expense coverage for injuries received in the line of duty.  Also provides death benefits and disability benefits that coordinate with wages received from all employers. For more information, visit www.texasmutual.com
