New Emergency Vehicle Driver Training for EMS
"One of the best classes I have been to in all my time in the Military, Police and now Fire."
"Roy has always been extremely responsive to any training requests we have had. He has worked with us to deliver material at multiple events including weekends. He has presented courses of varying subject matter. He is always able to blend the course content with his own life experience to make the classroom time beneficial to all of the participants. He is educational, relevant and entertaining, and can keep everyone's interest and curiosity levels active. "
"You really do a good job at taking a not so interesting class and making it tolerable. Sharing your experience and time in the Fire service was a plus in getting us through this week."
"So much better than our other EVOC classes!"
"By far the best EVOC class I have taken since I started in EMS in 2000."
TRAINING AND EDUCATION
VFIS of Texas is more than an insurance agency. We also offer training, education, and risk control services to assist your organization in all facets.
Every year injuries occur to emergency service personnel during training or on actual emergency calls. Our goal is to educate and train personnel to better protect them and to reduce their risk of injury or death.
Part of this commitment is promoting the safe operation of emergency vehicles. With this in mind, VFIS of Texas and TEEX have partnered to provide our nationally recognized Emergency Vehicle Driver Training program through the TEEX Emergency Services Training Institute (ESTI). ESTI is the NFA-recognized State Fire Training agency for the state of Texas. To request a course or to review the ESTI Extension course schedule, CLICK HERE.
